2004/2005 - Batman
I'm not going to lie, it's an awesome looking costume. It's also the most uncomfortable thing I have ever worn. I could barely bend over enough to get candy in the trick-or-treater's bags. It's was fun though. In 2005 my oldest daughter and I fought the Joker side by side. You can see the making of her cowl and my wife's Catwoman mask in the Projects section. Now if we could just get rid of those spiders.
